ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
FOR
SHOULDERING AGGREGATE
COUNTY PROJECT 2021-01
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners at the Office of Donna Trehus, County Auditor-Treasurer, Houston County Courthouse, 304 South Marshall Street, Caledonia, MN 55921 until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2021, for aggregate shouldering materials to be placed upon various County Roadways during 2021.

Bid forms and Specifications may be examined and procured at the office of the County Engineer, Houston County Department of Transportation, 1124 East Washington Street, Caledonia, MN 55921, (507)-725-3925. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms contained therein and will not be accepted unless securely sealed in an envelope, marked as to contents, and filed with the Houston County Auditor – Treasurer prior to the time noted above for the closing of bids.
Bids must be accompanied by a surety bond or certified check in the amount of at least 5 percent of the bid amount, payable to the Houston County Treasurer.
The County of Houston reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to award separately, to waive irregularities and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the County.
